Thank you for shopping with Xora Style. We aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
You raise the request within 2–3 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused and in its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.)
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Personalized or custom-made jewelry
Items bought during clearance or sale
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
3. Return Process
Email your return request to info@xorastyle.in with your order details and product photo.
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
Once received, the product will be inspected before a refund or replacement is processed.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item if it’s defective or damaged, subject to availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
